The first annual Healthy Living & Gluten Free Expo will be here at The Salem Conference Center on November 26, 2011.  This expo features a vendor fair and educational events for those who live with dietary limitations.

Vendors will range from gluten free manufacturers, service providers and restaurants to wellness and fitness businesses while the education portion of the event includes special workshops and training on a gluten free diet and healthy lifestyle.
